The hotel had a cute lobby and common areas.
I was disappointed with the air conditioning. It was either too cold or too hot. The breakfast was lacking as well. The waffle maker didn't work properly, leaving the batter sticking, and the omelets were unimpressive. I just didn't enjoy my stay, and it did not meet my expectations.

Exceptional and nice staff and modern hotel.
Really great experience there. The hotel with incredibly comfortable rooms, in a downtown area, in the middle of jackson. Good hot breakfast with variety of meals. Particularly good and great location, just walking distance from everywhere.

Couple's decent stay
The location was great, right off the interstate,, quiet and convenient for food run. Everyone I met was friendly, especially during check-in.
It wasn't exactly affordable, but given the circumstances, it was still bearable.

Our microwave had some food debris from the previous guest, a bit off-putting. Not much to complain about.
